| BAND BIO |
We are a New York City band who started out as The Spines, but are now called PEPPER KINGS. The band features and autoharp which is unusual in punk. In our previous line-up under the name The Spines we released one self-produced CD EP recorded by Donnie Switchblade at Boombox Studios in NJ. Some of our band members have been in previous bands including: The Yams, Imaginary Icons, Funny Uncles, Lone Wolves Real Rean, The Rejects, Bozo Shmo, Horror Planet, Nice Face, and others. |

| We like lots of different bands, but some of our mutual favorites are The Stranglers (the early stuff), The Fall, Devo, The Ramones, The Cramps, The Briefs, Le Shock, Swell Maps, LiliPUT, Nervous Gender, The Dickies, The Urinals, The Germs, Black Flag, The Crystals, Brimstone Howl, The Homosexuals, Armitage Shanks, The Revillos, Electric Prunes, DC Snipers, The Stags, Hank Wood & The Hammerheads, Dead Kennedys, and too many more to mention. |
