I was friends with Little Satan before you told me about him lol...yes, I did read Please Kill Me which was a very good read, and yes (giggles) I knew about Patti Smith kissing Tom Verlaine in the back of CBGB's. I just didn't know it was in '74. Debbie Harry made a comment and Patti told Debbie to "Eff off." 1974 huh? Talk soon and have a great weekend..
