Wow....Sorry for the late reply.  That name somehow rings a bell (Jimmy Rosenbaum).  To be all honest, trying to remember local bands from 25 years ago is quite difficult.  I did head down to San Clements from time-to-time but remembering if I caught any bands escapes me.
