We're a totally independent label. Runned by one man (So far that is) and fueled by one moto "Fun not profit" if we make some cash sellin' our records, cool. If not W/E. Our operation is completely cassette based. Just for shits and giggles and also cos' of our shitty budget. But heres the bogus part you need to know. To put out and have you guys on the label we do need some sort of cash flow to get the records out. We need to have money to get all the necessities we need (Cassette tapes, pens, paper etc...). Heres the best part. It's $5 per band member. Three: $15, Four: $20. $20 should be plenty to get two tapes for you to record your stuff and to print the albums. Since we duplicate our own albums here at OKF, it won't cost a dime more. We're not gaurenteeing purchases left and right since it's all on tape but like I've said that shouldn't matter as long as we build a great freindship and have some fun along the way. |
