| Favorite Movies |
I like a lot of independent films. I know there are a billion horrible ones out there, but it seems when I'm able to come across a good one, it turns out to be the type of movie I am able to watch 50 times without getting bored with it. A few examples "Trainspotting," "The Salton Sea," "This is England." I love documentaries also as long as they pretain to issues im intersested in. "Scratch" "The Decline of Western Civilization" "The Punk Rock Movie" by Don Letts, American Hardcore," alot of which is hard to find and if you're intersted in any i have just listed let me know and ill try to help you retain a copy. Im also a big fan of Guy Ritchie and all of his movies. |

| ABOUT ME |
| Ok, my name is Loki. its the name of the norse god of mischief. It was given to me when i was 13 by some older kids i hung out with. needless to say i have a reputation of being unpredictable. which has its ups and downs. Im 27, born in '82 right in the middle of the second wave. Unfortunately i forced to grow up in a small town in kentucky. i was one of the few kids that was into punk rock and i cant even begin to explain how much i didn't "fit in". i was the kid with the mowhawk when everyone else had mullets. To see a decent show i had to drive 3 to 4 hours to st. louis or cincinnati. im very laid back, which enabled me to have a lot of friends, although, i usually had very little in common with them....other than causing trouble. Which we did alot. when i hit 17 i moved to lexington, ky. its no new york but at least it was a step up from my ome town. there i was introduced to an actual scene. since then i have lived everywhere from nashville, tn to hilo, hawaii. so i like to think ive experienced punk rock in its most diverese forms. Now-a-days im back in that shitty small town i grew up in. I skate, play bass (although not in a band because its impossible to find people into punk around here), work at a record store (a retail corporation unfortunately), im a very left wing liberal and part time activist, and i still fuck shit up. so theres a quick bio for anyone whos interested. want to know anything else feel free to ask. i love to talk punk rock because i never get the chance. oi oi oi! |
