Hoist The Colours is a four piece punkrock band from Groningen, Netherlands, with a combined passion for fun, stupid jokes and 90’s punkrock. The four friends have various backgrounds (punk, metal, rock and grindcore) and discovered their shared passion for 90’s punkrock and wondered where their heroes had gone. So they decided to team up and battle alongside each other to show the world that there is still room for a decent punkrock show!

Bud and the barstool,

Their first demo bares the name ‘Bud and the barstool’. This demo consists of 4 songs and is completely d.i.y. This beauty is made with blood sweat and unicorn tears, booze and Chinese food.

Fat belly’s and energy!

Despite their short existence there is no lack of experience. De band consists of former members of Punktual, Karbo, Burn the Elite en Tabula Rasa, so they know how to please their audience with an energetic punkrock show. And don’t be fooled by their fat belly’s and bolding heads, ‘cause when the first chords sound, it’s ON!
