Fun Weekend

I did a runway show at Rake Art Gallery in downtown PDX tonight. It's the first one I've done outside of SmoochKnob since I started modeling a year ago. I must say, it was PHENOMENAL!

Rio Wrenn (www.riowrenn.com) is an amazing local artist who does mixed media art using rust on silk as her primary medium. She's AMAZING. For this opening, she collaborated with her assistant, Cara, to create some fabulous outfits for the show. (I'll admit that we were all hard pressed to return the clothing at the end of the night.) Of course, I had to lead the walk - which is absolutely terrifying. I must admit that wearing 5 pounds of make up & having perfect hair made me feel somewhat invincible.

Tomorrow, I recover from my sins of the night. After spending a marvelous night creating debauchery with my fam, it was a long day, but very well worth it. As of this writing, it's shortly after midnight here & I am exhausted & seeing double....

I'm off to dream myself into the rolling emerald hills of Ireland.
