My computer is dead

I plugged in a pair of speakers that my boyfriend had rewired, and there was smoking and popping and then......nothing. My computer died. I had a friend look at it, and the power supply is most likely dead. So we will be without a computer for at least a couple more weeks. However, my neighbor loaned me his laptop today so I am pretty happy about that. I got to spend two days drinking and camping and I got to use the internet. Sounds like the makings of a pretty decent weekend.
