Sad Society are included in the line-up for Remember Chernobyl, a two-day charity punk festival in Glasgow featuring Scotland's top punk bands in aid of Chernobyl Children Lifeline. The event takes place at The Attic, 56, Dundas Street, on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May, 2008, and admission is £10 for one day or £15 for the full weekend. Sad Society will be playing on the Sunday, and it will be our first gig featuring new guitarist, Euan 'Bally' Ballantyne. Bassist Michael Laing will be wearing breeks which are at least fifteen years old, and singer Deek Wilson will be talking about jobbies and skid-marks. Mass-pogoing, mohicans, ripped stockings, big boots and hardcore songs with loads of swearing in them: it's all going to be happening at The Attic in May, so be there!
