| Mostly Influenced by UK82 punk, Oi! and Early Hardcore, The Angst was
born in 2004 and has built a strong reputation of being one of the
hardest working bands in the Florida state. The Angst has 2 East Coast
tours under their belt and also working with acts such as G.B.H,
FEAR, D.I, Leftover Crack,Youth Brigade,Resilience,The Casualties,The
Ghouls,Total Chaos, Agent Orange,Municipal Waste,Hub City Stompers, The Wretched Ones,
The Ray Gradys,Animale, I.R.A,Lower Class Brats, The Templars, The
Uprising,Wednesday Night Heroes, The Dwarves,Uproar, 4 Past
Midnight,MDC,Far from Finished Straight-Laced,Steel Toe Solution, Krum
Bums,Batallion 86,The Fallen, The Boils, Rabia,Career Soldiers,
Complete Control, The Vibrators, The Heart attacks, Whole Wheat
Bread,Ashers and many FL. bands that you probably never heard of before.
Their lyrics, old school style punk rock and D.I.Y antics has made The
Angst hometown favorites drawing good crowds in every stage they had
set foot in. The Angst has appeared in many zines, independent radio in
the U.S and U.K, and many punk websites. Stress Attack Records heard
about The Angst and quickly signed them in Nov 2007. They rapidly
recorded their first official label record called "Take a Look Around",
which came out in Feb. 2008, and since then they have received very
good reviews from many of their fans all over the world.Their music
talks about Unity,Struggle, Good times and Bad times. It also reflects
their views on the world and life as a whole. The Angst is a band that
is not trying to compete with anyone, they believe that all bands are a
big family and all of them should help each other out in order to built

energy full live show that often includes crazy circle pits and fans
rushing the stage to sing along with the band creating chaos and
