| BAND BIO |
Inspired by a simpler time in America, Scattershield is a variety of sounds colliding into a rhythm-focused experiment of sorts. Basically, a soundtrack for the atomic age of big, chrome-laden automobiles going from the production factory, to the homes of millions of suburbanites and eventually being passed down to the younger generation to become kustomized versions of their original design. Fusing with this idea is some of the music of the same bygone eras, the 40's , 50's, and the early 60's and various forms of audio experimentation.....sometimes noise-ridden, other times more melodic. Instruments can vary from traditional to somewhat non-traditional. Primarily an instrumental project, but subject to change. More to come in the near future, so stay tuned! |
