My name is Matt and play bass in Just Another Consumer (name was changed from Saboteur)andnowscream for Warcola a new band me and some friends started up. , People say Just Another Consumer sounds like Anti-Schizm and the like,we used to be pretty simple but now are getting more technical hence not being able to get as trashed before we play hehe,I also played bass for Blitz that 80s british punk band for 2 US tours till the tragic night in Austin when Nidge the only original member died,he was a great guy and I will miss him. I first picked up a guitar when I was 4 and have played piano,vialin(ican't spell)and recorder, but I started playing bass guitar at 15 and have been playing in D.I.Y, hardcore punk/crust bands ever since. I am a pretty laid back guy that likes to drink mass quantities of alcohol, and have fun with friends. While I am not on the road I usually do construction or some kind of shitty manual labor, I think the worst was working at the waste water treatment plant having to squeegy shit(sluge)for 5.15 an hour, (hey I look weird and needed a job fast!)I work in the mounting department at a photo lab till the next tour. I have a record label called Life of Strife Records,myspace.com/lifeofstriferecords I have also played in such bands as Breadlines at Gunpoint, Nuclear Addicts(myspace.com/nuclearaddicts),D-Town Dingos, Ballistics, and Federal Offense.My favortie foods are Tortilla Soup, Pizza,and Mexican food. It's a parody of Braveheart I acted in, I play Prince Edward . I also have a small part in Pot Zombies too (myspace.com/potzombies) with Justin Powers directing,it's about to be picked up by TROMA, it's about radio active weed, and when you smoke it you turn into a zombie with munchies only for human flesh. It has Lloyd Coffman in it, a lesbian scene, a hippy eating a cop scene, and a suspention scene. What more could you ask for ?!
