The first demo was recorded in February 2008, featuring some of their first material ever written; Infected Lies, Faithful, and Unwritten. During the early 2008 Kyrielle participated in a music contest in Sweden. They took themselves with the growing fans help to the finals in Stockholm. This live event had over 300 people watching them perform and cheering for more as the band went off stage.

In October that year the band ventured into the studio for another recording. This time darker, heavier and more experimental material, yet still filled with variety had been written. The six tracks that form the mini-album SLEEPWALKER were completed. Finally, in August 2009, the Kyrielle recorded ''Where Dreams Are Torn'', 3rd EP of the band which was to be released on September, along with 2 behind the scenes mini-documentaries on the band's life in studio, which videos are available on their official YouTube Channel @ http://www.youtube.com/user/Kyrielletheband.

There's no question about the members' talent and visionary ideas that all together create the unexpected twists in the music that somehow make up a heartfelt story for each song. Their sound can be described as a broad spectrum of alternative rock, experimental and metalcore.

As the band grows on a global level; interviews, fan art, international gigs and many different offers keep flying their way constantly. Kyrielle keeps aiming on delivering an intense and fulfilling show all around the world.
