The Evil Trashcan Twins were founded by Slaine (A) and Trashcan Bob (US). In the beginning it was a pure studio project in wich trashcan bob wrote the lyrics and Slaine translated them into music. After only a few months the first CD was available on the internet and got airplay in the USA and Australia. Top in rankings in online music portals such as mp3.com approved the concept of loud and trashy punk music without any boundaries in senselessness. Due to the enormous response and several invitations to play live gigs Slaine decided to take the whole project one step further. After a tough search for fellow musicians that would fit the uncompromising style and attitude of the Twins concept finally a band was put together in May 2005. In this first year the band re-arranged several of the original Trascan Twins songs for stage performance and even wrote new material. Usually a band needs time to find its way but not the Twins. Aside of rehearsing they were invited by FM4 the biggest alternative radio station in German speaking Europe for a 20 minute exclusive feature show, performed in Vienna's hottest joints, such as Arena or Planet Music, published their music on an international snowboard video and kept on rocking like hell. In 2006 they moved eastwards playing their first gigs in Ljubljana. The production of their first video as well as a release on an international sampler CD is also scheduled. In 2007 Evil Trashcan Twins concentrated on the Album "Symphony for the Diabolic" and finished the recording. They came to rock - they surely do.
