I'm Mike, people call me Chia, I used to be the vocalist of Levittown punk band Permit Required. Pre-Chia era, Permit Required used to be called Obscene. Obscene/Permit Required played alot of punk shows at Metasin, Molly Blooms 2, and Village Pub South with the likes of, The Frantix, The Assassins, Violent Affair, Mutual Assured Destruction, The Skum, Common Conflict, Rabia, and many others. After my exit and Permit's implosion, a secondary attempt at a punk band was formed by most of the same lineup, including me again on vocals, under the name Dirty D.K., however, Dirty D.K. had only one show, with Last Call Brawl, Common Enemy, and Pledge of Resistance, and due to our overly drunk drummer ruining the set and forcing the rest of the band to leave before Last Call Brawl, Dirty D.K. was frowned upon and never offered any other shows and ultimately imploded as well.

If by any chance Mike Yeti of LCB is reading this, or any of the LCB guys, I apologize for our early exit at the previously stated show, let it be known that both me and the kid with the fro wanted to stay for you guys since we are huge fans, however our drummer was our ride home and we would have been stranded at the venue had he left without us, and the implosion of the band was mostly because of me and the kid with the fro not wanting to deal with the drummer anymore because of what he did and what he caused us to miss that night. I have the utmost respect for LCB and thank Mike Yeti for getting Permit Required all the shows he did and therefore making my time in that band worth while.
