Bastard Squad is a Melbourne based hardcore punk band who played their first ever gig at the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel in October 1987. Since then they have played an extensive list of local shows, done numerous interstate tours, toured the UK (including an appearance at Rebellion 2007), recorded and released four albums, appeared on numerous compilations and tributes from here and around the world and played alongside and toured with some of the best Australian and international punk bands of all time. These include Charter 77, The Worst, Distorted Truth, Rule 303, Mouthguard, Anti Nowhere League, UK Subs, The Exploited, Drongos For Europe, Barnyard Masturbator, Dayglo Abortions, The Real McKenzies, Beerzone and Peter & The Test Tube Babies.
